    This may be one of the most revolutionary models to hit management science in the last century. It provides the link among several paradigms (the Tayloristic “scientific” model, complexity science, and postpositivism). I used this book to design my dissertation research and learned an enormous amount about people and organizations (and that learning keeps going).
